CANCELED 9th Dutch Political Psychology Meeting

March 13, 2020 @ 10:45 am - 6:00 pm

Due to the unfolding of events regarding Covid-19, we have decided to cancel the 9th Dutch Political Psychology meeting held March 13.
We, as organizers, feel uncomfortable bringing together 50+ people into a room at this time. We will hold the next meeting in fall 2020.

——
Political psychology is thriving in the Netherlands and beyond. We organize the political psychology meetings to further consolidate this field of research in the region of the Netherlands by providing an opportunity for political psychologists to connect, share ideas, and provide feedback on each other’s work. The day will run from 9:45 – 17:00 and includes coffee/tea- and lunch-break. Besides an excellent set of speakers (see the full program below), we will have a round-table with distinguished professors who had a lasting impact on political psychology in the Netherlands, namely: Prof. dr. Henk Dekker (website), Prof. dr. Bert Klandermans (website), Prof. dr. Christ’l de Landtsheer (website), and early career researchers Maarten van Bezouw and Laura Mulder who represent current perspectives on political psychology.
It is important to register for the meeting so that we can get an accurate head count for coffee/tea and room size. Participation is free of charge. Please let us know by the 1st of March 2020 if you plan to attend by filling out the following form:  https://nlpsych.eu.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_5bdJ22wThvR2HWd. By signing up you are automatically registered. You can expect to receive the papers and directions to the meeting approximately two weeks in advance.
